Key Responsibilities Commercial Position Work well with others (Teamwork) Proficient with measurement Read, interpret, and understand blueprints Knowledge of all types of glass installation Installation and fabrication of aluminum storefront framing, doors, and windows Glass railing systems, curtain walls, mall fronts, etc. Familiar with door closers and related hardware for repair and new construction Use of tools such as suction cups, scaffolding setup and breakdown Residential Position Glass cutting, screening, and fabrication Glass installation in various window systems Storm door and window installation Shower enclosures installation Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of related construction experience (preferred) High School diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Construction industry experience (a plus) Knowledge of OSHA standards and requirements OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 preferred Physical Demands This role involves heavy lifting, standing, bending, reaching, climbing, working at heights, using hand tools, driving, unloading equipment, and handling glass with precision.
