Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate - Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate diligence, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Packer

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Complete warehouse tasks including sorting, packing, inspecting, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.

• Compare and reconcile system inventory levels against physical stock counts.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Receive and fulfill inventory orders for customers accurately and promptly.

• Follow company safety policies and procedures, encouraging team adherence to safety standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.

• Ability to lift occasional loads up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
