About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Ticketing for its Club Performance Group. The successful candidate will serve as the ticketing lead, providing strategic support to optimize team business performance. This role involves analyzing ticketing data, establishing customized pricing and sales strategies, and supporting the creation of season ticket strategies. The Vice President will also work with third-party partners, train team ticketing representatives, and ensure that project timelines are met. A key focus is on driving ticketing revenues across various ticket types and mapping out processes to help professional clubs utilize the resources available through the Club Performance Group. Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years of professional ticket sales experience. The role requires experience in leading ticketing sales teams, constructing successful ticketing strategies, and working with third-party inventory management and ticket sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong vendor and project management skills, and a passion for the ticketing sales process. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. The position demands a self-starter with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
