About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Institutional Advancement to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership in the areas of development, alumni relations, admissions and recruitment, and marketing and communications. This role requires a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in development, marketing, and recruitment, with a proven track record in fundraising and donor management. The Vice President will be tasked with setting and executing annual strategic plans, overseeing all fundraising strategies, and managing a team to ensure the success of key events and initiatives. Strong leadership, supervisory skills, and a deep understanding of best practices in fundraising and marketing are essential. Applicants for the Vice President of Institutional Advancement position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree. The role demands a candidate with a strong Christian values, a collaborative nature, and advanced communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRMs and a commitment to the values of Catholic education, particularly the Dominican tradition, are also required. Responsibilities include capital campaign development, major donor management, and the design and implementation of student recruitment strategies.
