Are you ready to hit the road and make a difference in your community? As a Van Driver - Non CDL Vehicle at UPS, you’ll be the friendly face delivering packages to homes and businesses, ensuring every delivery is timely, safe, and filled with excellent customer service.

Your Role in a Nutshell

In this exciting seasonal position, you’ll be driving our iconic brown trucks, engaging in physical activity, and enjoying the great outdoors. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Deliver packages with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Adhere to UPS's safety and appearance standards.
• Work shifts of 8-10 hours, primarily on local routes.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• The ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Working Conditions

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work 8-10 hours a day, with flexible workdays that may vary from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic starting point that could lead to a permanent position with even more benefits! Permanent, full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:

• $0 healthcare premiums.
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.
• Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
