Location: Beaverton, OregonJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $57 - 61 per hourWe're seeking a UX Researcher to help develop a world-class mobile experience powering a groundbreaking next-generation hardware product. This role will lead UX research efforts to shape the mobile and watch app experience, ensuring it is intuitive, impactful, and grounded in real athlete* needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on researcher who thrives in ambiguity, collaborates deeply with design and product, and brings clarity through insight.You'll collaborate with Advanced Product Ventures team, product managers, designers, engineers, and external partners. You'll also engage directly with athletes* to understand their needs, behaviors, and aspirations-translating those into meaningful digital experiences. Responsibilities:Design and execute UX research studies to inform development of mobile and watch apps.Draw from a variety of human-centered design research methods (interviews, observations, diary studies, prototypes, surveys, user tests, etc.) at diIerent stages of the process.Partner with design to ideate, prototype, and iterate on new mobile and watch app features.Lead internal and external field research efforts.Leverage prior UX research programs to inform development and avoid past pitfalls.Help define timelines, facilitate progress, and ensure projects successfully reach their goals.Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations that shape the strategy and roadmap.Be a through-line of consumer knowledge, trends, and past research, and a primary source for what's new, what's old, and what's exciting.
