The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Drive impactful project outcomes from ideation to execution, delegating and optimizing team efforts based on individuals’ strengths. Guide teams from big, open-ended questions towards tangible design solutions for Search users. Drive the team's direction, priorities, and execution of wider strategy, proactively addressing roadblocks and anchoring teammates and partners on the 'why' behind the work. Collaborate with partners in Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver timely launches. Coach and develop junior designers, enabling their day-to-day work and career growth.
