Trust & Safety Product Manager - Payments - Vice President

Join our team as a Product Manager within the Fraud Prevention, Trust, and Safety for Payments team. You will be responsible for innovating and managing product offerings from inception to retirement, acting as the customer's advocate, and creating profitable products that deliver value to clients. Your role includes overseeing product deployment, gathering feedback, and ensuring excellent client experiences, with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for fraud prevention, aligned with company goals.
  • Lead the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Understand customer pain points and gather feedback to improve products.
  • Use data analytics to make informed decisions and monitor KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and develop competitive analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, especially in fraud prevention.
  • Successful track record of managing complex products.
  • Strong understanding of fraud detection, risk management, and compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading all product lifecycle activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with payments, AI/ML strategies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
