Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for training dental assistants in various ADC offices nationwide, focusing on entering and presenting treatment plans, taking clinical notes, and perio charting. This position requires a travel commitment of 2-3 weeks per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to ADC offices across the country to conduct training sessions for dental assistants.
  • Provide comprehensive training on using Denticon software effectively in clinical settings.
  • Educate staff on entering and presenting treatment plans for patients, documenting clinical notes, and conducting perio charting.
  • Collaborate with office teams to ensure consistency and adherence to ADC protocols.
  • Develop and customize training materials based on the needs of different offices.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of dental assisting experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Denticon software.
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the United States.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to various office environments.
