Local Travel Occupational Therapist – 13-Week Contract

Location: Devils Lake, ND

Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,950 (Based on Experience)

This 13-week contract is an excellent opportunity for an OT professional to work in a high-quality healthcare setting while enjoying the flexibility of a travel position close to home.

Job Description

• Assess and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional impairments to improve their ability to perform daily activities.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain independence.
  
• Utilize therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and adaptive strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists.
  
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
  
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  

Education & Certification Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  
• Active North Dakota Occupational Therapist (OT) license (or willingness to obtain).
  
• BLS certification required.
  
• 1+ years of clinical experience in an occupational therapy setting preferred.
  
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
