Job Description: Advanced NRPNICU Nurse (Level 1 Trauma)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced NRPNICU Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a Level 1 trauma setting, providing critical care to patients with complex medical needs. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the NRPNICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, policies, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 43 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma NRPNICU setting.
• Current RN licensure and certification in advanced nursing practices.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
