DextroMedical is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Case Management for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: Not initially required, but may be added depending on business needs
On-call rate: TBD by business demand
Workload: 30 points per week (based on patient visits)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.45/mile
Overtime: Possible, but must be pre-approved by the hiring manager
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of Maryland
BLS/CPR Certification
Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
OASIS experience required
Wound Care experience required
HomeCare HomeBase (Point of Care) preferred, not required
