3170065\nRN Emergency Room\nPosition Requirements & Expectations\nMust be willing to float to other campuses to maintain hours if census drops\nEvery other weekend (EOW) required\nTraveler is responsible for making up any missed shifts\nIf RTO falls on a scheduled weekend, traveler must secure coverage\nIf placed on-call, traveler must be able to return to the facility within 1 hour\nNo block scheduling permitted. No exceptions\n\nExperience & Certifications Required\nTravel experience required\nMinimum 2 years of recent experience\nRequired certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC\n\nClinical Skills Required\nIV drip management\nIsolation precautions\nTriage experience required (ER / ER Holding only)\n\nAdditional Details\nExperience with electronic charting systems required\nNurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1 to 1:2+, depending on acuity
