Up to $28.00 depending on shift and weld test result

Location: SW Indianapolis

Job Type: Permanent | 1st & 2nd Shift

We're looking for experienced TIG Welders to join our job shop, where every day brings new challenges and variety. • 1st & 2nd shift openings

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on thin gauge steel and aluminum tubing.
• Set up, fit, and weld according to job specifications, drawings, or blueprints.
• Inspect welds to meet precise tolerances and quality standards.
• Work across a variety of custom projects in a job shop environment (not high-volume production).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete orders on time.

What We're Looking For

• Proven TIG welding experience (stainless & aluminum required).
• Skilled at welding thin wall/tubing materials without distortion.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing clean, consistent welds.
• Safety-focused and dependable.
