Inbound Marketing Campaign Coordinator

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build landing pages, premium content, social media campaigns and be part of a team that values making an impact for our clients. You’ll have strong time management, love being busy and working to deadlines and demonstrate great attention to detail.
Ideally, you’ll have a background in communications, marketing or web developer and experience with HubSpot - although the successful candidate will be supported to gain those HubSpot certifications. The more experience you have with HTML and CSS the better, as creating beautiful digital experiences matters to us.
You’ll have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or web-based services and be eager to learn, develop skills and work as part of a great team that values our culture.
This position is for a minimum of 25 hours per week, up to a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Role Summary
The Inbound Marketing Campaign Coordinator supports our client Marketing Consultants and Windfarm Marketing through the timely and accurate implementation of all campaign assets pertinent to each individual client partnership.
Competencies & Skills
Proficiency on Mac OS, Microsoft Excel, Google docs, sheets and drive, and all web-based software used regularly in the digital marketing environment.
Familiarity with Hubspot toolset (Hubspot certification required within 3 months of employment)
A strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS (Hubspot Design Certification required within 6 months of employment)
Organizational and analytical proficiencies
Ability to complete tasks within projected deadline
Familiarity with project management software (Teamwork)
Must work well with others in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Desire and ability to learn new fields of study
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, computer science or business administration or an equivalent number of years of experience
1-2 years of related experience with digital marketing or web-based service experience
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or business administration
Expertise in the Hubspot platform
Experience in Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics
