We are seeking a systems engineer to provide test engineering support to the Systems Engineering team as we enhance the current Missile Warning system and provide leadership as we pursue future opportunities in our area. This position would be responsible for the developing and updating functional tests per the system requirements and other system engineering tasks as assigned
This position will report directly to the Chief Engineer.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop, update and support Requirements Specification Test Cases for the NTS-PD subsystem in support of NTS-PD OT&E requirements validation and verification.
• Analyze and transform test data from existing state into easily format that is easily ingestible by Cameo System Modeler to support the Test Case Procedures delivery and compliance with DID.
• Support and work in the project MBSE for test and system engineering lifecycle activities with data creation, validation, and ingestion as directed by the program Chief Architect.
• Support for identification, location, evaluation, and red lines to Government owned Baseline Documents.
• Assist in the execution, coordination, control, and integration activities which include: configuration/change management, technical baseline change management, test and evaluation, systems integration, product peer reviews, development of DO delivered artifacts and support to delivery activities.
• Coordinate schedule activities with Systems Engineering Team, Government, Third-party contractors, and any stakeholders to ensure timing and sequence of events, and directed documents (such as ICDs, Training materials, MBSE products)
• Support Engineering Change Proposals and other capture activities for this and future contracts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's with 8 years of experience or Masters with 6 years of experience; additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Experience developing and maintaining internal processes that support program execution and operations of engineering projects.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in associated field
• Experience with missile warning and missile warning defense
• Excellent project, technical, interpersonal, presentation and problem management skills
• Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information on troubleshooting and implementation efforts

Pay Range: Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00
