You'll support a variety of accounting operations, primarily in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer master data. Responsibilities include:
• Processing invoices, payments, credit card data, and other financial transactions
• Reviewing and validating data for accuracy
• Maintaining and updating customer and vendor account information
• Communicating with internal departments and external partners to resolve discrepancies
• Assisting with collections and account reconciliations
• Supporting the administration of corporate credit cards
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements Tools You'll Use:
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Enterprise systems (SAP experience is a plus!) Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• Prior experience or exposure to accounting support, AP or finance support
• Proficiency in data entry and handling financial documents with accuracy
• Comfort working independently and in a team-oriented environment
