About Azra AI

Azra AI is revolutionizing the healthcare industry by combining artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions. Our product suite helps healthcare professionals deliver better outcomes, optimize workflows, and enhance patient care. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to join our Product Team and help document our evolving features, integrations, and release processes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our Product Team at Azra AI. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for all product features, ensuring that teams across the organization (Product, Engineering, QA, Reporting, and Clinical) have access to an up-to-date library of functional documentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation related to inbound and outbound data integrations, aligning these processes to meet a standardized approach. Additionally, you will update and maintain the product's user guide and release notes. This role requires at least 5 years of product experience, technical expertise, and familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and other documentation tools. Healthcare experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Documentation

- Document current product features, including detailed functionality, to create a centralized, accessible library that can be referenced by cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Reporting, and Clinical).

Data Integration Documentation:

- Maintain and document the details of inbound and outbound data integrations, ensuring clear and consistent explanations of the integration processes.

- Align and standardize the approach to documenting data integration processes, collaborating with the engineering and data teams.

User Guide and Release Notes

- Write, update, and maintain the product’s user guide, ensuring it reflects the latest features, functionality, and best practices.

- Create and publish release notes for product updates, describing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in clear and user-friendly language.

Collaboration

- Work closely with product, engineering, QA, reporting, and clinical teams to gather information, clarify product details, and ensure accuracy in documentation.

- Collaborate with the product manager to ensure alignment of documentation with product roadmaps and upcoming releases.

Quality and Consistency

- Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across different product and data integration areas.

- Implement best practices for documentation processes and continuously improve the quality and accessibility of written materials.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and create templates or frameworks that ensure a consistent and efficient approach to documenting new features and integrations.

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in technical writing, particularly in documenting product features and technical workflows.

- Strong technical expertise and the ability to understand and explain complex product functionality.

- Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio or similar platforms for managing technical documentation and diagraming software

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and clinical teams.

- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.

- Ability to create clear and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

- Healthcare experience or familiarity with healthcare-related technology products.

- Knowledge of data integration processes and APIs.

- Familiarity with version control and documentation management systems.

  • -A degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
