Responsibilities Screen engineering candidates and assess technical abilities (background in VPN and networking technologies is required). Perform full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing to build a pipeline of qualified talent. Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events to source candidates. Prescreen, interview, and manage passive and active candidates in collaboration with hiring managers. Make salary recommendations and manage recruitment process to ensure compliance. Requirements 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communication, or related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
