Position Overview:

Role: Physician for Urgent Care Telehealth Program
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Flexible Hours
Compensation: $120/hour, with additional pay for NP supervision and night/weekend work

About the Role:
We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Physician to join our telehealth urgent care program. As a supervising physician, you'll provide care and guidance to a team of Nurse Practitioners while offering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across diverse communities. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you while contributing to a forward-thinking healthcare model that values inclusivity and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a supervising physician for at least 5 Nurse Practitioners, including performing quarterly chart reviews and holding virtual meetings as needed.
Conduct synchronous video and phone consultations, as well as asynchronous communication with patients, addressing a range of urgent care concerns.
Provide treatment for conditions such as minor injuries, respiratory infections, skin issues, gastrointestinal problems, allergies, and more.
Collaborate with a diverse patient population, ensuring that all care is compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive.
Requirements:

Actively licensed MD or DO in good standing in at least 5 states, including California, and at least 3 of the following: Pennsylvania, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Mississippi, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
Board certification and a valid DEA certification.
A minimum of 2 years of independent practice post-graduation.
Ability to supervise and support at least 5 Nurse Practitioners.
Comfort with using technology and delivering virtual care.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach.
Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred but not required.
