Job Description
We have been retained by our client, a growing Federal Contractor to find a Superintendent . You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and successful completion of Federal construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all contract requirements.
Duties:
- Manage on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Federal safety regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and government officials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on Federal construction projects.
- Knowledge of Federal contract regulations, including USACE or NAVFAC.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols.
- CQM-C certification is a plus
