About The Role As a CBRE Workplace Experience Senior Manager, you will supervise employees and third parties supporting experience services such as Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and administrative duties. You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to clients and visitors in a designated building. What You’ll Do Lead building operations and maintenance functions for the client's east region based in New York, within Facilities Management. Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors. Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved issues. Perform facility inspections, suggest operational improvements, and ensure compliance with laws. Manage infrastructure supporting critical and lab facilities, if applicable. Supervise staff, oversee training, conduct performance evaluations, and manage team activities. Build and maintain client relationships, negotiate, and resolve conflicts. Ensure team efficiency, oversee process improvements, and develop strategic solutions. Implement technological and training initiatives for teams and clients. Manage vendor partnerships, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives. Deliver the Service Business Continuity plan biannually and conduct testing. Demonstrate broad business knowledge and lead by example aligned with CBRE RISE values. Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems. Improve existing methods, processes, and standards within the discipline. What You Will Need

  • HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years related experience, with at least 3 in management or supervisory roles.
  • Prior supervisory and customer service experience highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and perform physically demanding tasks.
Scope of Responsibility Make decisions based on understanding procedures, policies, and business practices to achieve results, with potential mid-term impacts. Safety Responsibilities Complete required HSE training and follow all safety policies. Participate in safety programs, report hazards, and support stop work authority. Compensation The salary range is $135,000 to $145,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses, depending on skills and experience.
