We think it’s really special to be a part of our patient’s health journey and create incredible memories while providing world-class patient care. #AC-BSW Salary: $60000 - $80000 / year Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8am -5pm plus occassional on call #AC-BSW Must be licensed in the state of DE as an LMSW or LCSW.

Qualifications:

Be the Best Hospice Clinical Social Worker You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Master’s Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field; Valid license/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of agency operation Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty preferred Required Certifications and Licensures:

Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation if required Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Come As You Are
