creators with enhanced discovery and new monetization opportunities. We’re searching

for an innovative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s

presence in the US. You will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand

awareness, and fostering a vibrant creator and user community across social channels.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for our US audience, aligning with our mission to support creators and enhance their connection with audiences.
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) to showcase our unique features, trending creators, and user stories.
  • Schedule and monitor posts to optimize for reach, engagement, and overall performance.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:

  • Craft compelling posts, videos, graphics, and campaigns that tell our story and resonate with US creators and users.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across social platforms.
  • Highlight emerging creators, platform updates, and user success stories to build brand affinity.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Build relationships with creators, influencers, and fans to foster a loyal and engaged online community.
  • Identify trends and user feedback, relaying insights to the team to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations with influencers and creators to increase platform engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to optimize results and achieve KPIs.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Use insights to refine strategies, ensuring alignment with user behavior and preferences in the US market.
  • Contribute to broader marketing and growth strategies by sharing social media insights and trends.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within the content creation, entertainment, or tech industry.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with experience in content creation, including graphics, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Knowledge of US social media trends, audience preferences, and cultural nuances to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive brand goals.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for fostering online communities.
  • Aspiring content creator/has tried making videos
