Location: Innovation Medical Center (On-Site & Remote)

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Website Manager to join our team on a part-time basis and help grow our online presence across META (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and our website. If you're passionate about content creation, social media strategy, website optimization, and healthcare, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage daily social media posts on META (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with the clinic's brand, focusing on wellness, hormone therapy, and weight loss services.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of the medical team, including staff and physicians, during regular on-site visits .
  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns on META and TikTok, including targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social platforms to maintain a positive online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and algorithm changes to ensure optimal results.
  • Preferred but not required : Fluency in both Spanish and English to engage with a diverse audience.

Website Management & SEO:

  • Oversee and maintain the clinic's website, ensuring up-to-date content, functionality, and design.
  • Work with web developers (if necessary) to troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues.
  • Optimize website for mobile responsiveness and fast loading times to improve user experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and update website content (including blogs and service pages) to improve SEO performance.
  • Track and analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics or other tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role, with expertise in META and TikTok platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategies, content creation, website management, and SEO.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar).
  • Ability to take high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or professional equipment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred : Bilingual in Spanish and English.
