Job Description

As the Social Media Manager at Creative Chaos, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive social media growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage multiple social media platforms, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

  • Create and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

  • Design and coordinate social media campaigns, contests, and promotions

  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices for social media marketing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand messaging consistency

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted reach and conversions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven 5-8 years of experience in social media management preferably with US clients.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret social media metrics to drive insights and strategy
  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
