We’re Paul Gough Media, a marketing and training company that helps private healthcare business owners grow. We’re hiring a Social Media Community Manager to turn warm leads and social conversations into booked discovery calls. Think of it like a Sales Development Rep — but with a customer-service twist.

This is a sales-focused role. You’ll speak to clinic owners who already know us, like us, and have shown interest in what we offer. Your job is to engage them, qualify them, and get them on the phone with our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Welcome warm leads with personality and purpose — DM, email, or voice note

  • Book qualified discovery calls using short 15–20 minute conversations

  • Help leads understand who we are, what we offer, and whether we’re the right fit

  • Guide prospects through their first touchpoints with our brand — Skool, stories, DMs

  • Track all appointments, lead statuses, and follow-ups in our system

  • Keep the pipeline moving — follow up, re-engage, and revive ghosted leads

  • Post simple story content to spark conversation and increase lead flow (no design skills needed)

You’ll Be Great at This If You:
  • Have 1–2 years of sales, SDR, or customer success experience

  • Are a strong communicator with natural warmth and confidence

  • Love talking to people and know how to guide a call without being pushy

  • Understand the difference between engagement and conversion

  • Are organized and comfortable with CRMs, booking links, and trackers

  • Have experience with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and community tools (like Skool)

  • Are motivated by goals and enjoy being held to performance targets

Your KPIs
  • Book 15–20 qualified appointments per month

  • Influence 8+ program sales per month by building strong pre-call trust

  • Maintain a 75%+ show rate on calls you book

  • Respond to all new social interactions within 24 hours

  • Post 3–6 story prompts weekly to increase conversation volume

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 depending on experience

  • Monthly bonus based on call bookings and conversion influence

  • Growth path to senior sales, account management, or content strategy roles
