MEMCO is hiring Skilled Construction Laborers/Spotters in Nashville, TN! 

Pay:$20 - $25/hr based on prior construction experience

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Skilled Laborer/Spotter to assist a Certified Boom Lift Operator on a construction project in the Nashville area. This position plays a key role in ensuring safety, communication, and efficiency on the jobsite.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a spotter to guide the Boom Lift Operator with safe maneuvering and material placement.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging construction materials.
• Maintain clear communication with equipment operators and crew members.
• Perform general labor duties including site cleanup and material handling.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and jobsite rules.

Qualifications :

• Previous construction or heavy labor experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position .
