Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Job Location: Santa Ana, CA
Job Duration: 6+ Months
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $17.63/hr. on W2.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Western regional supply fulfillment center. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who follows instructions carefully, works efficiently, and ensures the accurate handling of materials.


Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Break down pallets and boxes using proper cutting tools.
• Put away materials into storage or flow racks.
• Build boxes, initiate orders on the line, and pre-pack materials.
• Count and verify inventory, perform material transfers, and assist with physical inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and pallet preparation.
• Load trucks and confirm orders for outbound shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Follow all corporate policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to recognize and count items accurately.
• Knowledge of proper packaging techniques.
• Safe lifting and cutting practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with shipping software and label printing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
