Server / Beertender - Grand Rapids, MI Atwater Brewery & Biergarten in downtown Grand Rapids is looking to add to the team. Our portfolio of award-winning craft beers offers something for everyone. We believe that beer should be approachable to every drinker. We're looking for a knowledgeable, personable and passionate individual to highlight our foods, beers and experiences for the Grand Rapids area.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the company's mission and corporate values.
- Act with honesty, respect and integrity, in the taproom and with each other.
- Greets and serves guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Knowledgeable about beer, cocktail and food menus.
- Endeavors to up-sell food, beer and specials.
- Confident and comfortable serving tables and behind the bar.
- Educates guests on the company, history and the beer.
- Receives and processes payments on proper terminals.
- Delivers food and drinks to customers.
- Assists in keeping pub clean and following sanitation requirements.
- Adheres to proper hygiene.
- Attendance required per company policy.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 1 year serving experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong quality control skills
- Ability to multitask
- Works well independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Beer/Brewery Knowledge preferred but not necessary.
