space150 is helping our client partner find a Senior Product Manager to join their team. This position is being posted by space150 but will not be an employee of space150.

The Role: We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our founding team and lead the development of our core platform. This role will be instrumental in shaping both our product strategy and execution as we build a first-of-its-kind marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and vision, working directly with founders and stakeholders
• Define and prioritize product features across platform focuses
• Lead the product strategy and partnerships of our MVP, including booking engine, property management, and integrated shopping experiences
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful feature delivery
• Develop and track key product metrics and OKRs
• Balance business needs with technical constraints, working budget and user experience
• Manage multiple workstreams across web and native mobile platforms
• Guide the product through MVP launch and early market adoption

Requirements

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience in marketplace/e-commerce (hospitality nice to have)
• Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing digital products
• Strong technical background with API-first platform experience
• Experience with booking engines, payment systems (hospitality management nice to have)
• Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior
• Track record of working with high-profile stakeholders and managing sensitive information
• Experience scaling products from concept through launch and growth

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end marketplace platforms
• Background in scaling marketplace platforms
• Understanding of influencer marketing and lifestyle brands
• Experience with modern SaaS product development concepts

Salary & Pay Transparency: Certain locations require a good faith disclosure of the base pay scale for the role. The pay scale for this position is between $150,000 - $195,000. Base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity and other bona fide factors. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
