We're seeking a dynamic Senior Manager or Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment strategy and help us scale our business through exceptional talent. You will own the development and execution of an innovative, data-driven TA function that fuels our ambitious growth goals. This role is pivotal in elevating our employer brand, building future-ready talent pipelines, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you'll anticipate workforce needs, lead a high-performing team, and carry a select requisition load. With a focus on process optimization, technology integration, and collaboration across functions, you'll play a critical role in shaping a world-class talent acquisition organization within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You'll Do...

  • Develop and execute an innovative global talent acquisition strategy that is scalable, easy to understand, and drives ambitious growth.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing TA team by mentoring and empowering recruiters to achieve outstanding results.
  • Drive data-driven excellence by leveraging dashboard insights, analytics, and recruitment metrics to continually refine and optimize processes and strategies.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to anticipate and meet evolving staffing needs, carrying a quota of essential or hard-to-fill positions to stay connected to the business.
  • Elevate the employer brand through targeted initiatives designed to attract elite, diverse talent globally, ensuring we stand out in competitive talent markets.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices that enrich the company culture and create equitable opportunities for all candidates.
  • Oversee the entire candidate experience, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and respectful recruitment lifecycle that values candidate feedback and continuously improves engagement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics by monitoring competitive hiring landscapes and adapting strategies proactively to maintain a talent acquisition edge.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with their unique team needs.
  • Optimize recruitment technology and processes by maximizing ATS capabilities and integrating tools like HRIS, LinkedIn, and vendor platforms to improve hiring efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure global compliance with labor laws and best practices across all recruiting activities.
  • Lead team enablement initiatives including innovative training and development workshops to advance the skills and capabilities of your team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and creativity across all talent acquisition practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and other departments to embed talent strategies into every phase of the employee lifecycle.
  • Cultivate strategic external partnerships with sourcing networks, industry influencers, and vendors to expand reach and enhance recruiting effectiveness.

What You'll Need...

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • 3 to 5 years of global TA experience managing diverse and geographically distributed teams.
  • Proven success designing and executing global recruitment strategies that support business goals.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements across multiple countries.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools and applicant tracking systems to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Experience mentoring and developing TA professionals to build a strong, agile team.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to engage and hire diverse talent globally.
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, PMQ, Talent Acquisition Certification, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, or CPSP are a plus.
