Senior Manager, Client Services and Lifestyle Team Detroit, MI | $170,000$190,000 + Bonus + Benefits A boutique investment firm headquartered in Detroit, MI is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services and Lifestyle Team to lead and elevate a newly created team dedicated to delivering white-glove, end-to-end lifestyle management for the firm's managing director, partners, senior executives, and their families. This is not your traditional executive support role. We are looking for a refined, culturally fluent, and highly resourceful leader with a deep understanding of the expectations and nuances of serving top tier executives. From private shopping experiences on Madison Avenue, last-minute luxury travel arrangements, to securing reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants in NYC, Detroit, or D.C.you instinctively know what excellence looks like and how to deliver it. You've walked the floors of Bergdorf Goodman with a client, called in favors to get front-row at a sold-out show, arranged curated experiences at the Master's, and have a trusted network of concierges, art advisors, and elite service providers. You think globally, implement with efficiency, and take great pride in anticipating needs before they're even voiced.
