Responsibilities The management and execution of multiple simultaneous design projects and tasks under the leadership/guidance of design firm owner. The supervision and training of design assistant(s) and design intern(s). The responsibility for continuum of design project related tasks, including: computer and manual drafting; presentations when requested; working as resourceful, creative, flexible and resilient team member; client, vendor, contractor timely communication and direct support for design project execution and trouble shooting. Qualifications Accredited degree in design discipline (Interior Design or Architecture) and a demonstrated knowledge of technical, design and construction techniques. 7+ years of residential interior design experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving initiative skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple simultaneous project elements and work well under deadlines. Expertise in design field technical skills, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, rendering, as well as Studio, Word and Excel. Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive the company car.
