Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to support mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role will supplement the team lead, overseeing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and high-security environment. This is a fully onsite role with potential per diem options for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring successful execution of civil and structural engineering initiatives.
• Oversee land development, roadways, drainage, and underground utilities within a government infrastructure setting.
• Provide expertise in concrete and structural steel design, including walkways and other critical structural components.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Proven team leadership experience managing multiple projects and design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Required).
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
• Active security clearance is highly desirable; candidates must be eligible for clearance.
• Must have a clean background to meet security clearance requirements.
