Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $107,000 – $161,000 per year (W2)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – SAP to support and configure key SAP modules (PP, MM, IM/WM, SD, S4HANA, and C4C). This role will lead configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support while ensuring compliance with SOX and best practices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT staff to translate business needs into solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP modules (PP, MM, IM/WM, SD, S4HANA, C4C).
• Lead SAP projects, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend system enhancements.
• Partner with vendors to ensure SLA compliance.
• Develop reports, scripts, KPIs, and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure compliance with change management.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of functional SAP experience with strong configuration skills.
• Systems testing, IT implementation, and project management background.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Utilities industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or SAP certification strongly desired.
