(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc., consolidated experienced staff from both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, and Metro Park, NJ. Responsibilities Involved in all aspects of the architectural practice with an emphasis on implementing firmwide goals, including design and technical support on multiple projects. Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, revenue management, and monitoring project profitability. Develop scopes of work and fees for architectural and engineering services. Collaborate with the Financial Manager to facilitate monthly reporting. Administer contract terms and conditions, project setup, staffing, scheduling, project delivery, and coordinate with engineering disciplines and consultants. Engage in direct client interaction: nurture existing relationships, develop new ones, serve as the liaison between architect and client, and maintain communication with the client's team and consultants. Ensure client objectives and expectations are met. Assist in preparing marketing proposals and participate in presentations. Work with project leaders to develop design concepts, facilitate workflow tools, and standards, including BIM Execution Plan. Schedule and conduct Project Leadership Meetings, keeping senior management informed of critical issues, and develop clear, action-oriented agendas. Review Work Plans regularly, ensure project delivery aligns with firm procedures outlined in the Project Delivery Handbook. Recognize performance issues or skill gaps among team members and work with them to improve. Qualifications Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. RA License required. 15+ years of relevant industry experience. Experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, Justice/Public Safety, and Housing sectors. Strong conceptual, communication, planning, and organizational skills with leadership capability in a team environment across various projects. Familiarity with Revit/BIM. Thorough knowledge of Massachusetts Building Codes and familiarity with MGL c 149 and c 7C Public Bidding Process.
