Your Responsibilities

• Providing professional and efficient support to ICT customers by participating in 3rd level support for problem management and request fulfillment.
• Managing and supporting security and network infrastructure core components (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Juniper…).
• Deploying and supporting security data center infrastructure solutions.
• Ensuring optimized utilization of infrastructure resources.
• Creating and improving procedures, facilitating communication, and supporting problem resolution.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent with recognized knowledge, experience, and competencies in supporting or building customer security infrastructure and networking.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting or building customer security infrastructure and networking.
• Deep understanding of network and security infrastructure (BGP, firewall, load balancer).
• Python scripting knowledge to improve efficiency in data center components administration.
• Good organizational skills and capacity to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and customer focus.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Solution-driven with sharp analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German, French, and/or Luxembourgish is an asset.
