Our client, a high-end bridal store, is seeking an Alterations Specialist to oversee and supervise the alterations team to ensure exceptional post-sales operations and customer experience!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise post-sales operations, including monitoring team KPIs and administrative processes.
• Maintain regular communication with Store Manager to align on post-sales goals and performance objectives.
• Provide professional advice to clients regarding dress alterations, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure quality control of dresses within set deadlines.
• Manage and optimize team schedules based on business needs.
• Deliver internal communications effectively to the alterations team.
• Support the Store Manager in training the team effectively.
