Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid - Carlsbad, CA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic approach to delivering scalable, maintainable solutions that support key business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce
  • Build integrations with RESTful APIs and external platforms
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems while reducing technical debt
  • Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
  • Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Evaluate and implement Salesforce DevOps tools and automation strategies..
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning, LWC, and Salesforce administration
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and DevOps tools
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and agile software development
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications required; Architect certifications a plus
