Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will be a key contributor to the management and optimization of our Salesforce environment, enhancing user productivity and streamlining business processes. The expertise in configuring, integrating, and maintaining Salesforce will be essential for delivering reliable, scalable solutions that support our organizational goals. In this role, a Salesforce Administrator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on business needs, while maintaining a focus on best practices. The dedication to user engagement and continuous improvement will help shape impactful and efficient Salesforce solutions that empower teams and drive meaningful results.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in IT or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
with comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, data management, and integration with external systems.
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required ; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
Proven ability to troubleshoot user issues, optimize workflows, and implement customizations to enhance system performance. •Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in building reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform and drive business decisions.
Strong ability to collaborate with users and stakeholders across the organization and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
Experience in Agile or SCRUM environments preferred, especially with collaborative, iterative development settings.
Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with customers, senior leaders, and IT teams to design and configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts, driving highly effective solutions and user satisfaction.
Design and support seamless integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, such as ERP and analytics tools, to ensure smooth data flow and consistent information across systems.
Design and maintain impactful reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for users, management, and executives, enabling data-driven decisions.
Develop and deliver training sessions, create comprehensive user guides, and provide ongoing support to enhance user adoption and proficiency with Salesforce.
Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, coordinating with developers for complex customizations as necessary.
Address issues and change requests, oversee system upgrades, releases, and manage change control processes to maintain system stability.
Monitor Salesforce updates and best practices, evaluate new features for their relevance, and implement enhancements that improve organizational processes and outcomes.
