Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, making you a key partner across various departments.

The Salesforce Administrator provides value to the business by automating complex business processes, ensuring the system is clean and efficient, and monitoring new releases. This person is the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert within the organization and must have an in-depth understanding of platform customization. The role is very hands-on and takes both a detailed and strategic view of the platform. The candidate will be a member of multiple project teams for complex projects.

This role will manage Salesforce and administer HubSpot, our marketing automation platform. This includes ensuring data integrity, user training, and ongoing platform optimization.

The Salesforce Administrator defines and delivers all ongoing Salesforce enhancements, projects, and user support. This position also ensures Salesforce process documentation is developed and continually updated.

Responsibilities :

Salesforce

Design and configure custom objects, profiles, roles, flows, custom fields, validation rules, and page layouts Manage duplicate data, data aging, accuracy, and ensure completeness of active data in the system Ensure data backups are running Works with business stakeholders to develop requirements for various initiatives, document those requirements, and build an implementation plan Assist end users with user setup, training, configuration, and troubleshooting based on Salesforce and industry best practices Handle intake, review, and coordination of new incoming requests, including report and dashboard design and management to monitor data Track and communicate expectations and progress updates to customers while managing expectations using IT ticketing system, Outlook, and Teams Handle the ongoing administration (including design and configuration) of applications and interfaces from Salesforce to existing applications and data sources independently with minimal guidance Analyze requirements, test and integrate application components, and ensure that system improvements are done accurately with the highest quality HubSpot

Administer all aspects of the HubSpot platform, including contacts, companies, forms, and workflows Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HubSpot database, which is synced to Salesforce Stay updated and provide support on HubSpot features and functionalities Create reports and dashboards to monitor marketing performance Monitor and analyze HubSpot performance data to identify areas for improvement Requirements:

Salesforce Administrator Certification 1+ years of HubSpot administration experience 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Ability to drive projects forward with limited oversight Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment Strong understanding of business processes, how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them, and the ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders Preferred:

Salesforce Business Analyst Certification Associate or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related field Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and integration with other systems through Salesforce APIs Experience with Power BI and/or SQL administration
