Duties will be:

· Enter customer orders

· Confirm orders to customers

· File paperwork

· Answer customer phone calls and emails

· Perform routine customer follow-up with calls and/or emails

· Communicating with other departments

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Data entry experience – Type at least 30 WPM

· Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word

· Detailed oriented and organized

· Dependable and punctual

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Positive attitude

· Bilingual is a plus

Schedule:

Office hours are M – F, 8:00 – 5:00 with an hour for lunch
