Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

What You'll Do

Sales & Lead Generation

Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads.
Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content to support sales efforts.
Collaborate with field technicians to establish a site survey strategy for capturing and bidding on new jobs.
Design a sales commission program to incentivize field technicians and drive revenue growth.

Marketing & Branding

Manage social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to boost online visibility.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email outreach and targeted advertising.

Program Development & Reporting

Establish scalable processes for a structured sales and marketing program.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on marketing and sales effectiveness.
Contribute to long-term growth strategies and play a key role in transitioning this position into a full-time leadership role.

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field (B2B experience preferred).
Strong understanding of social media management, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and branding materials.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus but not required.
