Sunlink Energy is seeking a Tesla Certified Roof Lead to join our elite residential install team. We are a fast-growing, Arizona-based EPC with a heavy focus on quality, speed, and clean execution — and we need a rooftop boss who can lead by example.

If you’ve run solar crews, know how to move fast without cutting corners, and have Tesla experience (or are ready to certify), this is your crew.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead rooftop solar installations — layout, racking, modules, aesthetics
• Direct and train install crews on Tesla standards and install best practices
• Ensure jobsite safety and OSHA compliance at all times
• Communicate clearly with electricians and project managers
• Solve roof layout challenges quickly and professionally
• Keep the job moving and clean, every day

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of solar or roofing experience
• Proven leadership — you’ve run a crew, not just followed one
• Tesla certification preferred (or willing to certify)
• Expert in comp, tile, flat roofs, flashing, and waterproofing
• Experience with SnapNRack, IronRidge, or Tesla mounts
• Comfortable at heights, with full PPE and safety awareness
• Strong communication, organization, and pride in your work
