Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will manage the back of the house operations with an unfailing commitment to Legendary Scratch-Based Food. The Kitchen Manager will be in charge of all product ordering pertaining to the back of the house, managing and controlling food cost and ensuring all food safety guidelines are being met. The Kitchen Manager must be able to work closely and communicate with other members of management as they will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure proper unison between the front and back of the house and will be directed and developed by the Managing Partner on a daily basis.

 

Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager with every part of restaurant operations and will ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet the guest’s needs. This individual will learn to become proficient in controlling Profit & Loss by working with the General Manager in following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports and learning what appropriate actions should be taken. The Restaurant Manager will be developed to understand the restaurant’s annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs, as well as operate the business in accordance with company policies and appropriate laws.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• Proven culinary expertise with at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, including team leadership roles.
• Strong organizational skills to manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, and scheduling.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
• Ability to lead and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
• Financial acumen to assist in budgeting, food cost management, and minimizing waste.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals.
• Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
