Job Title: Recruiter Location: Downers Grove, IL (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Starting $50,000/year depending on experience Reports To: HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and versatile Recruiter to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across all entities in our organization and plays a key role in building strong teams by identifying individuals who algin with our company's goals and culture. In addition to recruitment, they will support other HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee filing, and any other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (90%)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments and industries.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial pre-screening, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Write and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), referrals, and networking events.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reporting and provide weekly updates

HR Support & Administration (10%)

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Help coordinate training, compliance, and employee events.
  • Support general HR initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and people skills.
  • Ability to multiple and prioritize.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS systems a plus.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
