  • Plan and lead small group lessons for 10–12 students per intervention cycle, meeting three times weekly for ten weeks during the school year and four times weekly for six weeks during the Summer Intensive.

  • Conduct family intake meetings, by phone or in person, to gather background information and obtain consent for student participation in the program.

  • Foster school and caregiver engagement through close collaboration and frequent communication including participation in partnership meetings and providing updates on student progress throughout intervention cycles.

  • Administer detailed pre- and post-intervention assessments, using data to inform eligibility, guide instruction, measure growth, and make appropriate recommendations for school-based support.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student attendance, parent contact, assessment data, and student progress towards instructional goals.

  • Lead educator and caregiver workshops on topics related to literacy and learning.

You Have:
  • · Master's degree in education

    • 2 years of experience delivering one or more structured literacy programs.

    • Knowledge of early literacy development, phonics-based instruction, and Science of Reading frameworks.

    • Understanding of common learning disorders, special education processes, and multi-tiered systems of support.
