Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Everett, WA
Pay: $22-26/hr, based on experience
Shifts:
1st Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
1st Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
3rd Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
All shifts include every other Wednesday as a workday.
Job Description
Join our team as a Reach Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of food products for major companies. You will be responsible for efficiently managing raw ingredients and packaging supplies, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
Operate Reach Forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
Maintain accurate inventory using ERP systems
Follow FIFO procedures for storage and shipping
Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
Work in a cold environment (45°F and below)
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification
Reach Truck experience
Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
Available to work overtime and weekends on a seasonal basis

Work Environment
The work environment involves food production, requiring personal protective equipment such as hair nets, bump caps, ear plugs, gloves, and goggles. Employees must provide steel-toe boots. The facility is maintained at a cold temperature of 45 degrees or lower.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
