Job Description

We are working with our dedicated healthcare partner to find an experienced Director of Operations for their outpatient radiology locations based throughout Chicago. Looking for a professional and well-rounded individual who wants to continue to grow their career, is boots on the ground, and wants to work with a great organization.

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic operational initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
• Cultivate a culture of patient-centered care and operational excellence
• Lead daily operations of multiple outpatient imaging centers, ensuring consistent and efficient workflow.
• Develop and monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and oversee revenue cycle processes.

Director of Operations Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred
• 5-10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an imaging, radiology, or outpatient healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of imaging services and outpatient healthcare operations.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
